1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DevCraftify, creating an account, or purchasing any template, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related legal policies published in our Legal Center.

2. Service Overview

DevCraftify provides downloadable digital templates, related updates, and support services based on your order and license type. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features to maintain quality and security.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account credentials, activities under your account, and maintaining accurate profile information. Unauthorized account sharing or access attempts may result in account suspension.

4. Purchases and Pricing

Prices are displayed on product pages and may change for future orders. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Currency conversion or payment-provider charges may still apply based on your region and payment method.

5. Payment Gateway Terms (Razorpay and PayPal)

When you pay using Razorpay or PayPal, you also agree to the terms, privacy rules, and compliance checks of that payment provider. Payment authorization, fraud screening, holds, declines, and reversals are managed by the gateway according to their platform policies.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after digital delivery, we may temporarily restrict downloads or account access until the dispute is resolved.

6. Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

All products are delivered digitally after successful payment verification. No physical shipment is provided. Delivery may be limited or delayed in cases of fraud checks, payment failure, or technical outages.

7. Licensing and Usage

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the selected license tier. You may use templates only within the rights granted by your purchased license. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or publishing source files is prohibited unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Updates and Support

Support and update eligibility depend on your license type and support duration. Support is provided for template-related implementation guidance and issue resolution, but does not include custom development, third-party service troubleshooting, or full project maintenance unless separately agreed.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation handling for digital products is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. By purchasing from DevCraftify, you acknowledge that cancellation may not be possible after digital access is delivered.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, abuse of systems, reverse engineering for unauthorized redistribution, or security testing without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All marketplace content, branding, and template assets remain the intellectual property of DevCraftify or its licensors. Purchase grants usage rights only, not ownership transfer.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Templates and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevCraftify disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt unauthorized redistribution. Upon termination, license rights granted to the violating account may be revoked.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
