License Policy

1. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, DevCraftify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased template according to the selected license type and limits.

2. Permitted Usage

• Use templates in personal or client projects covered by your purchased license tier.
• Modify design, components, and source structure for your permitted projects.
• Deploy resulting applications to production within your project-use allowance.

3. Prohibited Usage

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish source files as templates, starter kits, or UI packs.
• Offer purchased files for download in open repositories, file-sharing platforms, or marketplaces.
• Transfer license entitlement to another person or entity without written approval.
• Use assets in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, or these legal policies.

4. Support and Updates

Support duration and update access are defined by the purchased license type. Expired support does not revoke base usage rights for existing compliant projects, but may limit access to new updates and direct technical assistance.

5. Client Work

When using a template for client delivery, you are responsible for ensuring the selected license permits that use case and project count. End clients do not automatically receive redistribution rights to raw template files.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of template source materials remains with DevCraftify or its licensors. Licensing grants limited usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Violations and Enforcement

Violation of license terms may result in suspension of downloads, support, account access, and legal action where necessary. License abuse, unauthorized sharing, or resale attempts can lead to immediate enforcement action.
