Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because we sell digital goods with instant access, refunds and cancellations are limited and handled under strict eligibility rules.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on this marketplace are digital downloads. Once files or source code access are delivered, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, refunds are granted only in specific eligible cases.

2. Cancellation Rules

Orders may be canceled before successful payment capture. After payment capture and digital delivery, cancellation is generally not available because access to downloadable goods has already been granted.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund when one of the following applies:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product and license due to technical error.
  • Purchased file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement in reasonable time.
  • Product materially differs from its listed core features and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Payment succeeded but product access was never delivered and support cannot restore access.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful delivery.
  • Lack of required technical knowledge to customize or deploy the template.
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins, services, or custom infrastructure not listed as supported.
  • Requests made after major usage, redistribution, or policy violation.
  • Failure to review product requirements before purchase.

5. Refund Request Window

Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Requests sent after this window may be rejected unless legally required otherwise.

6. How to Request

Open a support ticket with your order number, purchase email, and a clear reason with screenshots or logs when relevant. Our team may ask for additional information to verify the issue.

7. Payment-Provider Processing

Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel. Processing duration depends on Razorpay, PayPal, card networks, and banks. Timelines may vary by region and instrument type.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a dispute or chargeback is raised through Razorpay, PayPal, or your card issuer, we may share relevant order and access records to resolve the claim. Access to related digital products may be limited while the dispute is under review.
